The romantic Villa Amelia is located in Kringa, a small town about 25 km from Poreč, Vrsar and Rovinj. The house itself is mainly on the ground floor, where guests will find a spacious living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The attic contains an additional comfortable living room-bedroom and another bathroom.

The living room leads to a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area and a swimming pool equipped with deck chairs. What makes this villa special is the contents of its fully fenced garden: a Finnish sauna, an additional covered outdoor dining area with two types of grills, and a trampoline.
