An extremely romantic, spacious and immaculately restored Istrian stone house with stunning and overwhelming views over the surrounding islands, azure sea and the harbor of Vrsar is perched at the top of the coastal town of Vrsar, near the Casanova Viewpoint.

The interior extends over two floors and 200 square meters and has absolutely retained the charm of an old seafarer house with it's wooden beam ceiling. The upper floor houses an open-plan dining, living and kitchen area with a breakfast bar, a comfortable corner sofa that can be pulled out to accommodate two additional guests, a dining table, and an additional toilet.

The minimalist palette of white stone walls, original beamed ceilings, parquet floor / terracotta tiles and a touch of wood also prevails on the ground floor with two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a typical Istrian tavern with a small kitchen, dining table and wonderful fireplace. Dogs are also welcome.
